Edible Bovine Hide Gelatin

Yeafine edible bovine hide gelatin complies with most international food grade ingredient regulations, including the Chinese GB 6783, US FDA. 

It is a light yellow dried protein material derived from acid-treated or alkaline-treated precursors of bovine hides, be used in food and confectionery applications, functions include gelling, stabilizing, emulsifying, film forming, thickening, water binding, etc.
